Yoga is more than movement for me — it’s a way of life, a language of the soul. It has taught me how to slow down, breathe through challenges, and live with purpose and compassion. My journey with yoga began as a personal healing practice, and over time, it bloomed into a calling to share that transformation with others.
I’m endlessly inspired by the simple joys in life — especially dogs, who live so naturally in the present moment. Their playfulness and loyalty mirror everything I love about yoga: connection, lightness, and unconditional love.

Yoga is a big part of my life. It has helped me get through difficult times; my fears and obstacles. This drove me to become a yoga teacher to share my happiness and knowledge from practicing yoga to others who seek a way to become better. As a teacher, I want my students to experience and have a deeper understanding of yoga in an unstressful way. I am willing to improve myself to make my class give the best experience to my students.
